Included in the rental: The Lodge and its furnishings, bed linens, kitchen accessories (cooking, eating, cleaning). I leave basic requirements, flour, sugar, S&P, oil & vinegar, spices, dish detergent, etc. I ask that the guest replace all items that are used up during their visit. A canoe with paddles is included.

Other: A small (14') outboard motorboat is available for guests familiar with small boat handling. There is a $100 / week insurance surcharge. I will provide information about renting larger boats in town. Guest must furnish their own towels.

The water from the taps is for cleaning and sanitary use only, it is NOT drinkable. 3 gallons of drinkable water are left for drinking, cooking and ice cubes. Any additional water must be supplied by the guest.
